VICTOR
Context: Victor is a star investor. He presides over a department of some 25 people developing highly innovative and successful investment products. He is regarded as brilliant but ‘difficult.’

SIMON
Context: Simon is a ‘quant’ – someone who does very clever mathematical work to inform the business of modelling for investment and asset management. He has a dual role as Senior Analyst and Senior Portfolio Manager. He has completed VoicePrint in the context of having personal coaching to help him develop his working relationship with his manager, Victor. Simon has been having difficulty not only securing buy-in from his boss for his proposals and recommendations, but even in managing to engage Victor’s attention.
