Context: Becca works for a humanitarian charity which provides practical training and expert support for those living and working in disaster-prone countries. As Programme Manager she works in partnership with national and international aid organisations, governments and academic institutions to design, resource and deliver training programmes which will ensure the transfer of best practice in life-saving knowledge and skills, including shelter, water & sanitation, health, energy and personal safety.
