Session 4: Exploring for development

Aim: To introduce participants to the consideration of profiles in relationship and to emphasise VoicePrint’s orientation towards development

Objectives: By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Identify potential strengths, weaknesses and developmental intervention points in individual profiles
• Identify potential strengths, weaknesses and developmental intervention points in profiles combined in relationship
• Draw appropriately on VoicePrint’s development resources for strengthening and de-emphasising voices
